Print options for the current customer record. |

Records Within… |
Print options for a group of customer records selected by user defined criteria . Set Criteria displays the Report/Canvass Criteria window so that you can define the record selection parameters |

Long Form |
All details regardless of how many pages are printed. |
|
Short Form |
All details but notes field truncated so that report fits single page. |
|
Condensed |
Minimum detail: Name, Address, Phone Number, Area etc. More than one customer per page. |

Letter(s) |
Displays the ‘Select Letter Template’ window so that you can select and print a letter to a single or number of customers. |

Label(s) |
Displays the ‘Select Label Template’ window so that you can select and print address labels for customers. |
|
Envelope(s) |
Displays the ‘Select Envelope Template’ window so that you can select and print envelopes for customers. |
| Appointments | Prints a schedule of appointments for Sales or Service personnel. You can select the period and the personnell to print for. |

Price List |
Those parts marked as 'Print In Price List' in the Stock Database are printed onto a user defined form. |
| Groupings Report |
This report details which Teams, Groups and Areas are defined and the count of customers in each group. |

Print Preview |
Checked: Output is directed to the Print Preview window. Unchecked: Output is directed to the printer. NOTE: Print Preview is NOT available for letters. |

Select Printer |
Selects and configures the print device to be used. |
