Customer Groupings Maintenance

The following window is displayed when you select LookUp Codes - Customer Groupings from the Maint Menu.

Grouping are used by Report and Canvass Criteria to provide a simple but effective method of selecting Customers by various Categories.

Each Group contains a list of items which are offered as a pick list in the Customer Record. A Customer record can, therefore, have one item from each group assigned to it.

All Groups are visible in the Customer Record.
